Our reliable Daily delivery service ensures that medications arrive on time. Our trained staff carefully organize injections according to your clinic’s preference, whether by appointment schedule or alphabetical order, to streamline operations and improve efficiency. If preferred this delivery schedule can be organised to be weekly. We continually monitor the injections temperature to make sure cold-chain requirements are maintained. This is accomplished through RFID technology.

Batch Number Recording and Recall Management

Our pharmacists meticulously record the details, including batch numbers, of all provided injections. This ensures that in the rare event of a recall, both the clinic and patients can be promptly notified. We also ensure injections and implants from different batches are provided for patients undergoing bilateral treatment at the same appointment to maintain safety and compliance if possible, at the time of dispensing.

Complimentary Vaccine Fridge Loan

We offer a new vaccine fridge on loan at no charge to your clinic*, equipped with remote temperature monitoring to ensure the cold chain is maintained. We will continue to monitor your fridge through RFID technology which sends up updates every 5 minutes of the current temperature of the vaccine fridge. This fridge will be serviced at regular intervals by a qualified technician at our expense, ensuring optimal storage conditions for your medications.
